Ok, Now do I look like Danny Gokey?

A few posts ago, there was a picture comparison between myself and Danny Gokey.  Several folks commented that I DO look like Danny Gokey (or he looks like me).  Even Mrs. Shap!  So I added specs to my mix…unfortunately, now I even see it…but he has a longer face than mine…and dyes his hair, and and, and, and…I JUST DON’T LIKE HIM!!!  Argh!!!

So last night, I had the privledge of watching American Idol with the in-laws, and Mrs. Shap’s Mom is a HUGE Danny Gokey fan.  He annoys me, so I start making fun of him while he’s performing, and Mom-in-Law tries to shush me, saying “He’s Cute!  He reminds me of you!”  HUH?!?

Maybe it has something to do with Gokey comes across as a nice guy, and I’m a nice guy (most of the time), but she said that he looks just like me!!  Do you see it?  I have a pair of REGULAR glasses at home, so try and picture me with specs, and soundoff below.

- Have to be able to admit when they don’t know what they’re doing

- Know how to use a tape measure & level

- Drive a Manual Transmission Car

- Parallel park a Car

- Change your Oil

- Wash & Wax your Car

- Own a Toolbox

- How to Kill a Spider

- Be able to read minds (your significant other)

- A good Sense of Humor

- Rock a Baby to Sleep
